After one whole torturous month away from ClassPass, I was particularly excited to schedule classes for the upcoming week. I’m adding a couple of kickboxing classes, mostly because Gigi Hadid trains at Gotham Gym per her Instagram, and I’m thinking about taking my Insta-stalking into the real world this year, guys. I’m also SO excited to try the new Y7 Soho location! I’ll also be looking forward to the Free People Candlelit Yoga in Gowanus on Tuesday, although that isn’t through ClassPass.
Thursday 1/15: Jumpboard/Reformer at Brooklyn Pilates.
Friday 1/16: Kickboxing at Work, Train, Fight in the morning. Yoga at Y7 (the new SoHo location!) in the evening.
Saturday 1/17: Spin at Sync Studio
Sunday 1/18: Beginner Tower at Power Pilates (I do a lot of Reformer, but have never tried Tower!)
Monday 1/19: Spin at Peloton with girl-crush-extroardinarre Robin Arzon.
Tuesday 1/20: Free People candlelit yoga at Green Building
Wednesday 1/21: Boxing at Gotham Gym
Thursday 1/22: Megaformer at Brooklyn Bodyburn
